Wladimir d'Ormesson
Wladimir is Partner, Deputy General Manager and board member at C4 Industries. Based in Paris, he is part of the investment team. Wladimir is also a trustee of the Cagni Foundation C4.
Before joining C4 Industries, Wladimir was Principal at C4 Ventures, in charge of legal affairs and ESG policy. He led C4 Ventures’ investment in Jus Mundi, a French Legal Tech leader in the deployment of Artificial Intelligence applied to legal research in international law.
Prior to that, Wladimir was CFO of Creative Valley Group, a Paris based startup incubator after a first career in the public sector. He has a senior experience in drafting and evaluating public policies. Wladimir served as judge, at Versailles and Paris administrative courts, specialized in tax litigations. He also served at the Cour des comptes, France’s government accountability office, where he audited public universities and cultural organisations.
He was an elected member of Bourges’ local council. In particular, he invested himself in the fight against illiteracy and educational difficulties. He published with Matthias Fekl a book about political commitment (2027, Editions du Moment).
Wladimir has graduated from the École normale supérieure (ENS) de Lettres et Sciences humaines and ENA. He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
