Hugo Vicente
Hugo is Director of Hospitality Italy at C4 Collection. Based in Como, he oversees the operation of the portfolio’s growing roster of unique properties while also supporting revenue management and brand strategy to elevate both the collection’s profile and the guest experience at each destination.
Hugo brings over 10 years of global experience in luxury hospitality, spanning operations, brand development, and creative direction. Before joining C4 Collection, Hugo held key roles in hotel development, openings, and brand strategy at the design and real estate firm ASH in New York, where he helped shape a portfolio of celebrated design hotels across the U.S. His prior experience also includes roles with Four Seasons, Belmond, and Jumeirah, as well as with Discovery Land Company, where he oversaw member experience and operations in Portugal.
With a dual background in finance and hotel management from Les Roches Swiss School of Hotel Management and Hult International Business School in London, Hugo has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
His approach integrates a refined sense of hospitality, design, culture, and operational rigor to create meaningful, enduring experiences.
