With extensive experience in the luxury hospitality field of Lake Como, her mission is to provide impeccable service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience for those who cross the villa’s threshold. Barbara manages partnerships with agencies and speaks directly to clients, offering a range of services and activities tailored to meet every desire.
With a solid background in the industry, Barbara has organized events and vacations for a discerning and diverse clientele, ranging from members of royal families to world-renowned influencers, from entrepreneurs in the hi-tech field to celebrities in entertainment, sports, and music. Prior to assuming responsibility for Villa Cagni Troubetzkoy, Barbara founded and directed BP Best Places, cementing her reputation in the industry as an expert in creating unique and tailored experiences for high-end international clientele.
Barbara’s career path also has deep roots in the world of fashion, where she gained significant work experience. After spending three years in Austria at the renowned F.M. Hammerle Weaving Mill, where she honed her textile skills, she returned to Italy to manage textile production at La Stamperia in Camerata. There, she worked with prestigious international fashion brands such as Armani, Versace, Valentino, Fendi, Hermès, and Chanel, as well as collaborating with major retail chains such as Zara, Top Shop, Massimo Dutti, and Banana Republic.
Barbara cultivates personal interests that reflect her curiosity and passion for art, literature, and traditional crafts, always with a focus on her lake and travels. Barbara studied economics and business with a specialization in marketing at the Catholic University of Milan, thus consolidating her skills and knowledge in the field.
